Dr. Katherine Birchenough was one of the first physicians in South Carolina to be certified in functional medicine. Dr. Shawn Birchenough is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery and aesthetics. We are Greenville’s premier physician-run medical Wellness and Aesthetic center. At OptimalSelf MD, we offer plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, and functional medicine therapies for men and women in Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer, Spartanburg, and surrounding communities in South Carolina. We work with CareCredit® and Alphaeon® to offer financing to our patients.

WHAT IS AESTHETIC FINANCING FOR PATIENTS?

Aesthetic financing for our patients offers the option to make affordable monthly payments on your services at OptimalSelf MD. You apply online through one of our approved financing companies and use the approved credit limit much as you do a credit card. All approvals, billing, payments, and terms of financing are managed through the companies. OptimalSelf MD does not manage these aspects of financing options.

WHAT SERVICES CAN BE FINANCED AT OPTIMALSELF MD?

We accept CareCredit® and Alpaheon® for our plastic surgery and medical aesthetics treatments. You will need to have your card or account number with you when you pay for the services at our practice. You should also have a valid ID, as this is required by the finance companies for some transactions.

HOW DO I GET APPROVED FOR FINANCING?

You can apply online at the CareCredit® and Alphaeon® websites. You will need to provide some basic information as you do for other types of revolving credit and loans. You don’t apply at our office, and we don’t make the decision as to your credit approval or credit limit.
