Explant with Fat Grafting #16812

35 year old female who wanted implants removed. Patient had saline implants that were 250cc and filled to 280cc bilaterally. Implants removed and 140cc of fat grafted to bilateral breast. Patients after photos 2 years post op and very pleased with results.
