A youthful 28 year old woman who has had 1 child has had problems with her neck and shoulders from very large breasts. Her pregnancy made the problem even worse. So, a breast reduction surgery was performed to remove about 900 grams of tissue per breast, make the breast rounder and lift the nipple and areolas up to a more youthful position on the chest. She’s much more active now that her breasts fit her body better
