29 year old mother who didn’t like her small breast size and the difference in shape between her breasts. Full, round silicone breast implants beneath the muscle were used, with a slightly different size of implant on each side to make up the volume difference. Her “after” appear quite natural, round and much more symmetric, even 2 1/2 years later!
